The Honorable Surrogate Penis
A palad khik is a Thai protective penis amulet usually about 2" long. The name means "honorable surrogate penis" and men and boys wear it under their clothing on a string around the waist, letting the penis charm dangle near the real thing. The amulet is worn in the hope of deflecting any injury to the genitals.
